I had a friend that recommended pet cleaner. doesnt matter the brand, just make sure it says "enzymatic" cleaner. she said the pet enzymatic cleaners have a property in them that breaks down the enzymes in animal poop, pee, throw up, etc that gets it truly cleaned and gets the smell out. It made sense to me.
